- Food coloring (preferably neon or glow-in-the-dark)
- Miniature cups or containers
- Tray or a large shallow dish (to catch overflow)
- Stirring stick (like a craft stick or spoon)

Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Find a clean area and lay down a tray to contain any mess. Gather all materials.
- Create the Tree Base: In each cup, add 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda.
- Add Color: Pour drops of food coloring into the baking soda and swirl gently to mix.
- Create the Reaction: Slowly pour vinegar over each mound and watch the fizzing reaction.
- Repeat and Enjoy: Reapply vinegar or add more coloring for a second reaction; glitter can be added for sparkle.
Notes
Try different types of vinegar and natural food coloring alternatives for variations. Use a large container to create a ‘growing forest’ display.
