Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the baking soda and cornstarch. Slowly add vinegar to the dry mixture, allowing it to fizz and fluff.
- Divide the mixture into smaller bowls and add food coloring to achieve desired shades. Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon the colored mixture into cookie cutters or molds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing firmly to hold shape.
- Allow ornaments to dry overnight at room temperature or for 24 hours before gently popping them out of the molds.
- For a glossy finish, paint a layer of acrylic sealant or Mod Podge over dried ornaments and let dry completely.
Notes
