Ingredients

- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Cookie cutters (optional)

- Clear sealant (optional for finishing)
Instructions
- Combine baking soda, corn starch, and water in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Cool the mixture slightly, then knead until smooth.
- Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and use cookie cutters or shape by hand.
- Dry the shaped ornaments on a baking sheet for 24-48 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Once dry, paint with food coloring to create galaxy designs.
- Apply a clear sealant if desired.
Notes
Add scent with essential oils, or use glitter for sparkle. Ensure you punch holes for hanging if desired.
