Create your own colorful eruptions with this fun and educational baking soda and vinegar experiment.
Ingredients

- 1–2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Food coloring (optional)
- Small clear container (glass or plastic)
- Tray or large dish
- Spoon (for mixing)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Space: Place the tray on a flat surface and cover it with newspaper or paper towels.
- Gather Materials: Collect baking soda, vinegar, food coloring, and your container.
- Fill the Container: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda into the bottom of the container.
- Add Color (Optional): If using food coloring, add a few drops onto the baking soda.
- Pour in Vinegar: Slowly add 1/2 cup of vinegar and watch the reaction!
