Description

Create your own shimmering aquarium slime, perfect for sensory play and an engaging craft experience for all ages.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup clear school glue
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 23 tablespoons contact lens solution (containing boric acid)
  • Food coloring (blue, green, or any ocean-like color)
  • Optional: glitter, fish toys or mini shells for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of clear school glue and 1 cup of water. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring to your glue mixture and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of baking soda and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons of contact lens solution while continuously stirring until the slime begins to form.
  5. If desired, add glitter or smaller toys and knead until combined.
  6. Store your aquarium slime in an airtight container.
