Description

Make your own aquarium slime for a fun and educational sensory play experience!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup clear school glue
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons contact lens solution (contains boric acid)
  • Liquid food coloring (blue and green recommended)
  • Optional: fish toys, beads, or glitter for added decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of clear school glue with 1 cup of warm water. Stir until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking soda into the mixture and stir well to thicken.
  3. Add a few drops of liquid food coloring to achieve your desired color, mixing until combined.
  4. Slowly add 2 tablespoons of contact lens solution while stirring continuously until the slime forms.
  5. Knead the formed slime with your hands until it reaches the desired consistency.
  6. For extra fun, mix in optional decorations like fish toys or glitter.
