Description

A delightful and healthy treat that combines the tangy freshness of citrus and the sweetness of strawberries, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Silicone gummy molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by hulling and finely chopping strawberries and juicing oranges.
  2. Blend strawberries and orange juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and stir in honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat the mixture over low heat and whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and pour into silicone molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm and pop out the gummies.

Notes

Substitute orange juice with lemon or lime for a tangy flavor. Use agar-agar for a vegan option.
