- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)

- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)

Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by hulling and finely chopping strawberries and juicing oranges.
- Blend strawberries and orange juice until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and stir in honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- Heat the mixture over low heat and whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, and pour into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm and pop out the gummies.
Notes
Substitute orange juice with lemon or lime for a tangy flavor. Use agar-agar for a vegan option.
