- Paintbrush
- Black permanent marker
- Craft paper or cardstock (optional for a backing)

Instructions

- Cut the Plastic Sheets: Cut your transparent plastic sheets into desired shapes (e.g., stars, hearts, or fireworks).
- Create Your Design: Tear the red, white, and blue tissue paper into small pieces. Use your brush to spread a thin layer of Mod Podge or glue on one side of the plastic shapes.
- Apply the Tissue Paper: Place the torn tissue paper pieces onto the glued side, creating your patriotic design.
- Seal Your Creation: Brush a layer of glue on top of the tissue paper to seal it. Allow it to dry completely.
- Finish the Edges: Use the black permanent marker to outline your shapes and add any details.
- Hang Your Suncatcher: Thread string or fishing line through the hole and hang your suncatcher in a sunny window for a radiant display!
Notes
